Terms of use

The licence

Cadence is licensed, not sold. A license key activates one machine and permits use of the application by the organisation that purchased it.

Permitted use

You may install and use Cadence on the number of machines your license allows, and make copies for backup. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the application.

Activation and transfer

Activation requires a one-time internet connection. To move a license to another machine, deactivate it on the current one first.

Your data

You own your data. Cadence stores it locally, and you are responsible for backing it up. We recommend copying the database file regularly.

Refunds

Please evaluate Cadence before purchasing. Refund requests are handled case by case through the contact address below.

Limitation of liability

Cadence is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, including scheduling errors or lost data. Always keep backups.
