Summary

Cadence is a local desktop application. Your timetables, staff and school data are stored on your own computer and are never sent to us.

Data stored on your device

Everything you enter (classrooms, teachers, groups, subjects and sessions) lives in a local database file in your Windows user folder. We have no access to it and no copy of it.

License activation

On first launch, Cadence sends your license key and a device fingerprint to our licensing server over HTTPS in order to activate. The fingerprint is a one-way hash built from stable device identifiers; it is used to bind the license to the machine and cannot be reversed into personal information.

Website analytics

This website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that record aggregate page views. We do not build a personal profile and we do not sell data.

Your rights

Because we do not hold your working data, there is nothing for us to export or erase there. For the activation record held against your license key, contact us and we will handle access or deletion requests.
